Canadian Developer Varsity Communities Announces New Hires

Keilty Realty Corporation of Kingston, Ontario (Canada) is growing its Varsity Communities team.

On July 18, Keilty announced Nick Holmberg joined Varsity Communities as Regional Property Manager. In addition, Jane Howe joined as Financial Controller.

Through a social media post, Keilty noted that "Nick brings a wealth of experience in Canadian student housing management to our team. With a proven track record in overseeing and optimizing operational performance, Nick will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our student housing communities. His expertise in fostering positive resident experiences and driving operational efficiencies will further strengthen our commitment to providing exceptional living environments for students."

In addition, the firm commented on the addition of Jane Howe as Financial Controller. 

"Jane joins us as our new Financial Controller and brings a strong background in financial management and strategy. With her extensive knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and analysis, Jane will contribute to the financial success of our Varsity Communities portfolio. Her strategic insights and meticulous attention to detail will ensure we continue to deliver an outstanding experience to our residents and partners," according to the statement.

Over the past 17 years, Varsity Communities has developed a specialization in the management of purpose-built Canadian student housing real estate. It currently operates 3,600+ units across Canada.
