On July 18, Keilty announced Nick Holmberg joined Varsity Communities as Regional Property Manager. In addition, Jane Howe joined as Financial Controller.
Through a social media post, Keilty noted that “Nick brings a wealth of experience in Canadian student housing management to our team. With a proven track record in overseeing and optimizing operational performance, Nick will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our student housing communities. His expertise in fostering positive resident experiences and driving operational efficiencies will further strengthen our commitment to providing exceptional living environments for students.”
In addition, the firm commented on the addition of Jane Howe as Financial Controller.
