Constructed in 1995, The Bryn comprises 11 buildings and 204 units, offering a variety of two-, three-, and four-bedroom floorplans, with an average size of 1,079 square feet. Tremont Student Living, built in 1996, encompasses 17 buildings and 204 units, providing a mix of two- and four-bedroom floorplans with an average size of 980 square feet.
Units at both properties have been thoughtfully designed to include private bedrooms, in-unit washers and dryers, and private balconies in select units, ensuring a comfortable and convenient living experience. Additionally, the communities offer a wide range of amenities, including spacious swimming pools with sun decks and hot tubs, study rooms with complimentary printing services, state-of-the-art fitness centers, tennis courts, and sand volleyball courts.
