- University real estate architect of the year for innovative on-campus project
- Student housing developer of the year for total work in the market, including new construction
- Student housing investor of the year based on total investment acquisitions
- Property technology firm of the year
- University food vendor of the year for wholesale projects & management
- University partner of the year for creative financing strategy of new development for housing, hospitality, and market-rate housing
- Canadian honour award for impact on the affordable housing crisis
