BMO has arranged the first-ever North American "green loan" for the University of Toronto's Trinity campus. The green loan will finance the construction of the mass timber, LEED platinum, zero-carbon building. The new building is under construction and will bring 155,899 sf / 14,450 m2 of real estate online. The Lawson Centre for Sustainability will add new residential, academic, social, and dining spaces.
